Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered,
different shipping methods will be available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and
charges that will be applied to your order.
However,whenever possible, we ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS).
The domestic shipping rates apply to orders shipped
within the 48 contigous states via UPS Ground.
"Second Day Air" shipments arrive in two business days after departing our warehouse.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by 12 pm (PST) Monday-Friday
in order to be eligible for "2-Day Air" shipments. Orders placed on the weekends will not be shipped until
Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.
On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by UPS. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the
spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.
International Order
Placing International Order
Alaska, Hawaii, overseas Military addresses and U.S. Territories, please add $8.50 to the shipping
charge shown on your order, and Canadian Orders will add $10.50 to the shipping charges shown on
your order. (Note that the above shiping charges are for continental US only.)
The difference of the shipping charge may be charged seperatley.
Duties
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time
an order arrives at its destination.
International Returns
Items must be unused in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any additional duty,
taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements.
The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not returnable either domestically or internationally.
